Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Backpack Love Tagged.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During product launches, limited drops, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Backpack Love Tagged is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@backpacklovetagged.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
